100% Boswellia Carteri.

How to use?

Skin: Dilute 2-3 drops in 5 ml Vegetable oil

Bath: Add 8-10 drops into tub

Massage: Take 1 drop each of any 3 Essential oils, add to 1 teaspoon Carrier oil

Diffuser: Few drops into Diffuser
