It is an oil which has the properties of balancing physical as well as emotional conditions. On skin it can be used for acne, burns and congestion. Very good for normal and oily skin bringing about an improvement in complexion. Helps to relieve stress, induces sleep and lowers blood pressure. It is good for all type of skins. Geranium has a hormonal balancing effect and traditionally been used (blended with Clary Sage) to alleviate problems associated with menopause and menstruation. It also acts as a diuretic. It can lower blood sugar.

Skin: Dilute 2-3 drops in 5 ml Vegetable oil
Bath: Add 8-10 drops into tub
Massage: Take 1 drop each of any 3 Essential oils, add to 1 teaspoon Carrier oil
Diffuser: Few drops into Diffuser
