How to use?

Kehairtherapy Max Repair 1:

Step 1: Cover shoulder area with a plastic cape or towel and shampoo hair with clarifying shampoo. Do not brush, rub or vigorously shampoo scalp. Keep the hair damp.

Step 2: Comb and divide hair into four section . Starting at the nape, make 3/4" partings across the section.

Step 3: Apply 15-20 ml. of max repair 1 - 1/2 inch away section by section starting at the nape of the neck. Spread the product throughout the whole length of the hair including ends, while avoiding the root area.

Step 4: Gently comb hair straight with a wide-tooth comb and with medium tension. Continue up to the top of the head gently combing each section, making sure there is always enough product on the hair.

Step 5: Process hair at room temperature for 15 minutes and rinse out. Do not cover or use the dryer. Towel dry the hair.

Step 6: If you are not using Max Repair 2 then start the Keratin therapy or Kehairtherapy Treatment application directly.

Step 7: After rinsing out MAX REPAIR 1, finger-dry the hair with a dryer, leaving 10-20% moisture in the hair before using the straightening iron. If too much moisture is left in the hair, the heat of the iron will generate steam. Ironing Temperature should be less that 180 C.

Step 8: Comb and section hair. Starting at the nape of the neck, take 1/8″ sections and Keep the iron at least 1/2″ to 3/4″ away from the scalp. Starting near the root area, treat 1/3 of the hair shaft, press, slide and repeat 2 times to a total of 2 seconds per location. Then go to the next section and repeat this through the hair ends. -Do not maintain the hot iron in one place for any length of time or hair breakage/burning may occur. A comb should be used to direct the hair exiting from the hot iron to prevent burning of the fingers. Since the hair near the scalp is more resistant than the ends, it may be necessary to straighten that area more. Some steaming may be noticed during the procedure. Continue this procedure up to the top of the head. – Avoid using clips for any length of time to pin the hair out of the way.

Step 9: When Ironing is complete, gently comb hair as smooth and straight as possible with a wide-tooth comb and apply the MAX REPAIR 2 . Start at the nape and make 3/4″ partings across the section. Evenly saturate the hair from root to ends. Comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb while maintaining the hair in a straight configuration to distribute the cream evenly throughout the hair.

Step 10: Process for 5 minutes, then thoroughly rinse out the MAX REPAIR 2 for approximately 5 minutes.

Step 11: The hair is now ready. Do not shampoo hair for 48 hours.
