Wonderfully fresh and stimulating, Rosemary is known for its ability to wake up the body and spirit. In massage oil, it can stimulate circulation and is often used in blends for cellulite and edema. It is also a useful component in blends to ease muscular and joint pain. In cosmetics and soaps, it is believed to combat acne, dandruff, and oily skin. A drop added to shampoo makes dark hair glow, and may stimulate hair growth.
100% Rosemarinus Officinalis.
Skin: Dilute 2-3 drops in 5 ml Vegetable oil
Bath: Add 8-10 drops into tub
Massage: Take 1 drop each of any 3 Essential oils, add to 1 teaspoon Carrier oil
Diffuser: Few drops into Diffuser
