Refund & Return Policy

At Pixies Beauty Shop, we strive to deliver authentic beauty and salon products in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

If you face any issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include the following details when contacting us:

  • Order Number

  • Photos or video showing the issue (Unboxing Video is a must for Damage Claim)

  • Clear images of the product and packaging

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.


Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged during shipping

The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The product must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

  • With all seals and labels intact

Pixies reserves the right to inspect and approve or reject the return request.


No Return for Change of Mind or Wrong Orders

Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted in the following situations:

  • Customer ordered the wrong product

  • Customer changed their mind after the order was dispatched

  • Customer does not like the product after receiving it

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers

We request customers to carefully review product details before placing an order.


Electronics & Appliances Warranty

For electronics and appliances, warranty and service are provided directly by the manufacturer.

If you face any issues with an electronic product, please contact the brand’s official customer care or service center using the phone number or email mentioned on the product packaging or warranty card.

Pixies Beauty Shop is not responsible for warranty claims, repairs, or servicing of electronic products.

However, if required, we can assist you by providing the purchase invoice for your order, which may be required for warranty claims.

The warranty period and service terms are determined solely by the product manufacturer.


Return Shipping Charges

If a return request is approved for reasons other than a damaged or incorrect product, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Return shipping charges

  • Reshipping charges for replacement products

All shipping charges for return and replacement must be paid in advance (prepaid) by the customer.

Pixies does not provide reverse pickup for such returns.


Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • The refund process may take 5–7 business days


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
