How To Use
Part your lips slightly, draw the outline of your lips with the lip line pencil with short and firm strokes. You may draw outside of the actual lips if you want to make the lips look bigger and plumper. Alternatively, you may also fill the lips with the pencil as a lip color with matte effect.
