Soak a cotton pad with the product and gently swipe over face to cleanse and remove makeup. For stubborn areas, hold the saturated cotton pad on skin for a few seconds, then gently wipe without any harsh rubbing. Repeat until no residue is visible on the cotton pad. Rinse thoroughly.
