How to Use:

1 - Apply after a Blondor lightening service, at the basin. Express toning to neutralise warm brassy tones and to provide blended blonde result.

2 - FOR EXPRESS TONING: Mix 1:2 with 1.9% Welloxon Perfect Pastel. Quick & reliable toning for blended blonde results.

3 - FOR BASEBREAKING and TONING: Mix 1:2 with 4% Welloxon Perfect Developer. Perfect to gently lift the natural roots at the same time as toning lengths and ends, to blend demarcation lines, for premium blonde results.

4 - Rinse hair well after application
